Sean is a senior marketing and operations executive with nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry. Over the course of his career at NewDay USA, he has held progressive leadership roles spanning sales, training, operations, and executive marketing strategy.

Sean takes particular pride in serving the Veteran community, a mission that is deeply personal to him. Growing up blue-collar in Pittsburgh with grandfathers and uncles who have served in the military, he is honored to support those who have served the country, aligning his professional work with a strong sense of respect and purpose.

He has built and led training and development programs for mortgage professionals, helping shape career paths for loan originators and operations teams while supporting national licensing and compliance standards. His background combines hands-on production experience as a licensed mortgage loan originator with executive leadership across marketing and organizational development, giving him a unique ability to connect strategy with execution.
