Franco Greco

Biography

Franco joined the company as an Account Executive in 2013 after graduating from Salisbury University as a varsity athlete with a History major and minor in Sales and Marketing, He was promoted to management the following year and rose to VP of VA Home Loan Origination in 2016. In this role, Franco developed the company’s Management Leadership Program to identify the next generation of leaders for NewDay USA. At that same time, Franco took over the company’s recruiting efforts, working with John DiJulius. He is an alumnus of the CXEA Customer Service Academy with the DiJulius Group. In recruiting, his efforts and leadership have been instrumental in growing the NewDay USA team from 200 to 600 strong over the past 4 years.
